搬入公寓后，原先的公寓管理委员会的关键人物要离开，她是S的前老板，向成员推荐了S，理由是“the committee need young and dynamic blood” （委员会需要年轻有责任的年轻人）。因为是新的责任，S考虑了一段时间后决定加入。现在S要考虑怎么把物业费花到刀刃上和储备一些未雨绸缪的准备金。收集了些信息，放到这里，以后再慢慢补充。
好多服务需要docker，一个虚拟的环境，今天试着安装到电脑上。照官网安装指南装，官网不太适合我这样的菜鸟，解释太少，几个步骤试了几次才装好。记录下，防止以后再装：
1. 装docker repository
2. 装docker桌面deb文件。这个要先cd到下载目录，再安装
3. 没有KVM，装KVM。谷歌一下到debian官网指南。装virtnst。
4. 要到BIOS里启动（enable）CPU的virtualization technology。重启电脑。
5. 打开docker desktop，可以pull。
完成。以后再仔细学习下docker。
